An intense shake is also known as a physiologic tremor which occurs because the blood is flowing more pronounced.
Stress, emotional state, and environment can become enhanced with large amounts of caffeine and the mind can enter a state of alertness that isn’t fitting to the environment -> causing shakes.
The shakes will vary based upon your metabolic stage and how well the caffeine can bind to your receptors and may not be solely from caffeine.
