In: 222 6 Answers ActiveNewestOldest Anonymous Posted July 7, 2022 0 Comments if you look at narcolepsy, people go into REM almost immediately upon falling asleep; this is what is tested for during the MSLT (along with sleep latency), so its entirely possible.
