Yeah the question is as weird as it get’s. but i saw a random reddit comment. tried it. and it works. and my friends can confirm too.
if you press decently hard in the deepest part of your belly button. you can feel a weird touch/tickle on your penis.
how come it works like this? what’s causing this weird disconnection?

It’s due to the area of skin around your belly button and in your belly button have their nerves coming and going from the same level in your spine as the bladder and urethra.
My understanding of it is that skin is well innervated and the brain is set up to be able to tell where at that level you are being touched or some kind of tactile sensation (eg something has touched the right side above the hip versus only a few centimetres to the right of your bellybutton). But the skin deep in your bellybutton doesn’t have as many nerves to be able to distinguish this kind of thing. There’s no reason for it to have so over the millions of years of evolution there was no reason for resources to be spent on highly innervating an area when it’s not needed. But because it’s not as easy for the brain to tell where the area being touched is compared to the rest of the skin in the area, the brain in some people will interpret it as the sensation coming from the bellybutton and the genital area.
