Yeah the question is as weird as it get’s. but i saw a random reddit comment. tried it. and it works. and my friends can confirm too.
if you press decently hard in the deepest part of your belly button. you can feel a weird touch/tickle on your penis.

The nerve impulses from your belly button joins the spine at the same place as the nerve impulses from your penis. Your brain just interprets it as “oh, lower abdominal nerves are being triggered” and doesn’t really differentiate which ones specifically
