Why does the blues sky on a clear sky not us see through.

The sky is just as transparent during the daytime as it is at night (which is why we can see things like the Sun & Moon through the atmosphere). The difference is that the sunlight scattered in the atmosphere during the day is much, much brighter than any stars in the night sky, so their light gets drowned out like a whisper at a death metal concert.

You can. During the day if you know exactly where to look you can see the following objects which are in space.

The Sun. This one should be rather obvious.

The Moon. This one is a little less obvious.

Venus.

Jupiter.
