The heavy eating and hot shower both send blood away from your central organs, like your heart, and towards your arms and legs. What happens is that your blood pressure drops, and your heart needs the extra pressure to pump blood to itself.
Heart attacks are usually two things- a blockage in the heart, which by itself isn’t an issue at rest, then when the heart and body needs more blood flow the blockage becomes an issue. Monday is the most common day for heart attacks- the blockages happen over the weekend, then people go to work and create the stress that makes the heart attack happen.
