The didn’t wear restrictive shoes. Also, they probably still had ITN from time to time and lived in pain.

I don’t know exactly, but I would say that they weren’t likely cutting their toenails rounded on the corners like we do. That is the main reason it happens.

Many times ingrown toe nails are caused by people using clippers and cutting too much. Cave men never had clippers.
