The short version was killing Jews was just a consequences of what Hitler wanted to active: bringing Germany’s glory back.
Germany after WW1 was in a bad bad place because they got the short end of the stick (Versailles treaty). German people hated it because they had to pay back reparations and all that and people suffered.
So a right-right political party, of which Hitler later joined, became more and more popular. Hitler became nominated for the leader. Then, some stuff which you can attribute to bad luck, assassination, fascism, and what not, happened. In the end, and this is the important part, the Nazi part was democratically elected and came to rule Germany.
Why Jews were seen as lower class was because Hitler wanted to bring back Germany glory back. Germany was not just a singular race; there were many races that represented it. And because Jews were considered non-german as well as the whole Antisemitism since ancient times, the Jews got the even shorter end of the stick (Hitler was mainly inspired by Henry Ford).
Blaming Jews were, in all honesty, a good way to inspire the Nazi party to do better. Hitler was very good at inspiring his troops after all and proposed the Aryan race to be the face of Germany.
It’s like saying my Team Red was the number one Team in the world but now it became the worst. So, I kicked out all the colored players out so that my Team Red can become the best Team as it should be since it’s founding times. Other players never existed and my Team Red has always been the best Team, ever!
Edit: also, the worst thing the Nazi part did was not killing of Jews. It was all about erasing and manipulating history to fit their narrative. All the swastika, 88, and other symbols that were stolen from other cultures were ironically helping their cause.
