I have a pic of what appears to be pinhole projection on the streets of Manhattan from the 2024 Eclipse (Apr 8). I understand pinhole projection, but there are no pinholes!

I have a feeling it has to do with multiple reflections on the small windows between buildings (see pics) but I can’t quite come up with actual science to explain it.
