how do armies rebuild roads, bridges and railways so quickly when the enemy force can constantly drop bombs or artillery on the infrastructure?

Armies have a massive pool of resources and manpower.

At least speaking for the US, they have incredible logistical power.

Bridge blown up? We’ll have one of those moving bridge vehicles set up within 3 days and we’ll have 100 engineers start rebuilding before the temporary bridge is even out up.

Railway too is surprisingly quick fix. You just need to remove the damage track, fill in the crater and replace it with new track. The US has access to all the materials, then they can just send a truck full of guys to fix it.

Roads of course are the easiest, just fill in the hole and then put some logs or rocks down until you can actually replace it.
