Unfortunately, no, they’re not cross-compatible. The different manufacturers each have their own size and shape of pod.
How the pods work is very simple. The “pod” consists of a tiny bowl filled with ground coffee, and a foil cover. When you put the pod in the machine, the machine pierces the foil and pumps hot water through the pod to produce a cup of coffee.
