How do the $100,000 Rewards for “tips leading to the arrest of” or “information leading to the return of” XYZ work? How could someone prove (or even know) that their tip met the criteria and led to the arrest of XYZ person in order to claim the monetary reward?
Do “jail house snitches” qualify for these awards? If a criminal or missing person turn themselves in, do they qualify for the reward?
