FPS? Do you mean FPV? You use a transmitter/receiver combo on the same frequency.
It’s not the same as cheap drones with wifi who make an AP and you see the video stream on an APP.

FP**V** drones broadcast video via a short range antenna over the air. Old TV broadcasts used to come in to your house via antenna the same sort of way (they still do in the US). Think of it like a walkie-talkie. They are short range, don’t require a cell phone or data plan, and transmit the message over radio waves.
