How do livestreaming websites moderate streamers with their distinct efficiency?

ELI5: what are you trying to ask?
If you’re talking about like twitch streamers and how quickly offensive comments get deleted and what not, then they have members of the community that volunteer(sometimes maybe paid if the streamer’s big enough), to handle that sort of thing. It’s not done by actual twitch staff.
If that’s not what you meant, then you’ll have to clarify cuz I have no clue what the hell you’re talking about..
