Parasites that have no access to oxygen for long parts of their lifecycle stop using oxygen. Instead they switch to anaerobic metabolism if they can, or go into hibernation until oxygen is available (Depending on the parasite)

The oxygen your circulatory system provides your own tissues has plenty of oxygen for a parasite. Same would go for any organism. As long as you’re alive you provide them with food and oxygen.
