How do pimple patches and micro dart things work? I never understood how they can extract the stuff and bring them to surface.

They don’t really bring stuff to the surface they just absorb any liquid, like pus, that the pimple releases while also offering an environment that promotes healing. Along with providing a barrier to protect the pimple from trauma, like accidentally scratching it.
