Things like bed size, using the toilet or showering, getting food or even getting them into the cell or moving them around the prison all seem like it would take a lot of planning and logistics on the prisons part.

As someone who was over 600, imo your question is just a hypothetical, it could almost never happen. People who are 800lbs are severely disabled. How are they gonna get in trouble? They can’t drive anywhere or walk more than a few feet. I guess financial crimes or something but people that big are already such a small percentage. The cross section to also bring a criminal is probably non existent.
