If you take off your space suit, you will black out almost immediately, which is good for you, because you will start dying in a very not nice way rather immediately.
Spacesuits work by putting an artificial atmosphere around you both to breathe and to keep your insides on your inside.
Unlike the movies, you won’t freeze immediately, even though the temperature of space is more than 270 below zero C. Since there is nothing in the vacuum to conduct heat away, you can only cool down by radiation, so you’ll be dead from explosive decompression long before you’re frozen
