I know a majority of Bezos’ and Musk’s net worths are stock ownership. But they obviously would want to make actual cash. So do they just sell a bit of their stocks every year? How do they gain their ownership back then, aren’t they just decreasing their ownership of company stocks? Would they just buy more stocks then? And if so, isn’t that an endless loop of nothing? Sell your stocks to get money, but then buy the stocks back for more ownership of the company?

Yes, they sell a fairly large amount of stock ever year. Since they own a significant number of shares (> 5%) they must make all their trades public. You can see them all here:

Bezos has reduced his number of shares from to 107 million to 50 million in about 20 years. His stake in the company has gone from 42% in 1997 to just under 10% now. He won’t regain ownership of the company, if anything he will diversify and own other companies. He also owns Bezos Expeditions which takes his money and invests in other things.
