The answer is that they probably don’t. However their specific injuries are medical information and therefore are private information that only they can release. Considering how their self-inflicted injuries are likely to be received by the public (I doubt there will be much sympathy) it makes sense we don’t usually hear about them.

However we can extrapolate from general knowledge of concrete. When concrete hardens it is actually curing, not drying. It is a chemical process where water is absorbed into the structure of the concrete becoming part of it. As a result the hardening process is very dehydrating and can cause serious burns to exposed skin, all the way up to third degree burns in the most severe cases. Potentially such a stunt could result in injuries requiring skin grafts or even amputation of fingers or the entire hand.
