How do wasps (and other insects) not get dizzy?

With how erratically they fly, always changing direction and quickly, how do they do it?

They just aren’t doing as much spinning as you think–there’s no reason for them to get dizzy. It’s the equivalent of you walking back and forth between stores in the mall or driving a reasonable speed on a winding road. They don’t change axis or even orientation to direction of travel.
