how do we get headaches ?

when we’re tired/hungover etc, considering there’s no impact, how does our head randomly start hurting and why does it cause physical pain ? additionally, why does sometimes only part of our head hurt ?

I have migraines where the capillary vessels in my forehead dilate too much, which causes pressure and pain, up to nausea if let festering. The cause is basic stuff like lack of sleep/dehydration/hunger/etc.

Just my 2 cents.
