how do we measure the weight & mass of a balloon filled with helium?

My intuition leads me to believe that the balloon would have negative weight? and I have no idea how we could measure the mass

A lot of people here confusing weight with mass. The weight of helium on earth is negative. Otherwise it wouldnt float up. Weight is the force a mass exerts towards the center of the earth. It most certainly has a positive mass though, which is what we usually refer to as weight, and for that a lot of people gave ways to measure it
