Me and my partner are looking to buy some salmon but it’s hard to tell what is environmentally sustainable. What should we look for on the packages, and is there anything else we should know? Thank you!

I did packaging for a seafood company and often times had to work with the sustainable vendor and the logo usage for their facility.
Now if you ask, most of this is a cash grab by whatever certification is on the bag, but the supplier I worked with used certifications that required the fish suppliers certification code on the logo, which could be looked up on the certifications website.
