How do your enzymes not denature when you go into a hot bath that raises your body temp above 38 degrees?

Like is it just a temperature regulation thing in the body, do you still not go over 38c whilst in a steaming hot bath? It’s always seemed so bizarre to me.

I feel like I’m overthinking this a lot I just need someone to explain it properly

If your body temp starts to rise, you would feel it and want to get out of that bath pretty quickly. Plus enzymes tend to really denature closer to 50+ degrees.
