How do your enzymes not denature when you go into a hot bath that raises your body temp above 38 degrees?

Like is it just a temperature regulation thing in the body, do you still not go over 38c whilst in a steaming hot bath? It’s always seemed so bizarre to me.

I feel like I’m overthinking this a lot I just need someone to explain it properly

Warm blooded animals are able to regulate the body temperature, both up and down. While your skin may rise above 37°C, your internal temp will not move.
