Don’t understand how my privates would be dry to just pull my clothes up & not get them wet after use. Do they come with a blower/dryer or are people using tissue to dry? If you have to use tissue to dry, why not find a middle between tissue & bidet, and go with flushable wipes?
Also, does the bidet move out of the way when flushing? If not is it just being sprayed with poop/pee water when flushing?

High(ish) pressure is 100% bettr to clean than trying to wipe it off.
Try smearing peanut better, and then wiping vs washing it off.
I dont use either, as I prefer soap and water to really ensure the job is done right, before showering.
