Im curious because I’ve heard of people drinking once and blacking out while others are on their third and are still sane, so i wonder what causes it, also do other animals get drunk?

Weight and practice have a lot to do with tolerance. If you are 125 and going shot for shot with someone who’s 180 odds are they will drink you under the table because there’s more if then to absorb the alcohol. However if 125lb person has been drinking heavily for years they might be able to keep pace. And yes other animals do get drunk look up drunk squirrels or moose on YouTube.
