This is one of the tricky aspects of relativity and time dilation. The thing here to remember is that you always perceive time normally in your own frame. If you were falling into a black hole (and we’re ignoring the tidal forces that would sphagettify you), you would pass right through the event horizon and nothing would seem amiss to you. Your watch would continue to tick at a normal rate.
It’s only to an outside observer time appears to slow down for you. According to someone on Earth for example, they would see time slow down for you. They would see your watch tick slower and slower as you got closer to the event horizon. They would never actually see you cross the event horizon, as the closer you got, the slower time appears to pass for you. Eventually, your light would be redshifted to infinity and you would disappear, having never been seen to cross the event horizon.
