But in the evening your eyes are sensitive to even a little blue light, so you want to avoid blue light.
It’s not clear that blue light blocking glasses are healthy for your eyes. Just filtering one wavelength like that might not be good for the eyes.
So, in the evening your probably just want to avoid bright lights altogether. Maybe the night mode on devices would also help.
