We see reality through a lens. We see the external environment not just through our 5 senses, but in priority orders based on other mental things going on. Dysmorphia is a hyper focus on one’s self alongside a negative view of one’s self. Dysmorphia happens in many ways. For instance, one lesser known phenomena of this are men who go to the gym and body build and feel they are never quite big enough. They see themselves as ugly and weak even though any other person would think they are huge.
