I have 25 correct picks and 134 pts. As far as i can tell, rules would have me with 25 pts.

Generally the number of points for each correct pick multiplies by 2 each round. So if you picked 16 of the teams that made it to the round of 32 and 8 of the teams that made it to the round of 16, you would get the same number of points for each round.
