Yes. Because of the law of conservation of energy the heat can’t just dissappear. So the house cools down because heat leaks through the insulation, warms up the wall, and eventually warms up the air around it by a tiny amount.

If there was a signifficant leak in your insulation you could actually use a thermal camera to see where the heat leaves the building.
