How does Mark Cuban’s prescription drug site work?

How are they able to offer generic brands of prescription drugs at such low prices? What do they do differently from traditional pharmacies to offer the drugs so incredibly cheap?

– They buy generic drugs directly from the manufacturer.
– They add a small upcharge over what they pay for for the drugs.
– They add a small fee for the pharmacist.
– They don’t work with insurance.

The medical and drug industry has been intentionally made to be overly complex, with tons of red tape and middle men, so they can grift money at every stage. They just make up the prices to whatever they want.

It should be noted that you can only buy generic drugs from his site. No name brands.

Because theyre not greedy. These drugs dont cost much at all to make. The price markup for drugs is like 10000 times the price it takes to make them. Wake up people. Greedy pieces of shit run that shit. They literally dont care about people at all. Pure evil. Mark cuban says fuck them.

I read in an article quoting him that most of the time when you’re buying a prescription it’s been marked up some crazy amount, like 1000%. He still marks up the price, but by a normal amount so it’s incredibly cheaper than the alternative and he’s still making money off it.

It’s like you imagined the United States being a universal healthcare system with the buying power of billions of non greedy people. What could they do with the money you gave them?

My wife accidentally canceled her health insurance early last year (long story) and this website saved our ass. Some of her medication was $900 a month through a retail pharmacy with a discount card. It was $12 a month through CPD. We thought it was going to be sketchy because of the price difference but we signed up, doctor sent the script, and it showed up a couple days later.

Please, please, please use this resource. Medication doesn’t have to bankrupt you.
