How does military aid and other aid get transported to an occupied country?

Pretty much the usual way. Very bulky and heavy stuff through ships and railways. Smaller more valuable and important stuff through planes. Then trucks, lots and lots of trucks.
A lot of transportation would be done using civilian transportation. Of course a country like the US maintains a very large military transport capability. A very significant part of the military (manpower and equipment) deals with logistics.
