How does one secure a microcontroller from getting hacked?

You encase it in hard epoxy with a vacuum around the chip, and a bit of thermite on the chip attached to an initiator that will go off if exposed to air. That’s pretty much the only way to be at least mostly sure.

Other than that, what kind of microcontroller, for what, and how secure?
