I’m not the best at explaining science-related stuff, but here we go.

Dehydration, being a very serious condition, the main symptoms to look out for are **extreme thirst**, most likely accompanied by a dry mouth, and **dark urine.**

Your urine gets lighter the more water you have had, so make sure you drink water if your urine isn’t pale yellow or clear.

Then, when dehydration starts to settle in more, you’ll start feeling **dizzy**, and **fatigued**. I also personally get a bad **headache** when I’m dehydrated, so if you start to feel any of these, think about how much water you have had lately.
