How does self cleaning work in some vacuum cleaners?

So i have been trying to get a good premium vacuum cleaner and stumbled across this product called X100 from UWANT. It’s not gotten a lot of reviews yet, but some of the features seem to be tailored just for my use. Anyway, one of the features was the ‘one touch self clean’. How does a machine clean itself up? Wouldn’t it be required to disassemble it and shit and then clean, especially considering it’s a vacuum cleaner.

it cuts the hair that get tangled in the spinning brush, and looks like it can wash the brush itself (being a wet vacuum). I does not clean the rest of its insides, and it comes with a “cleaning tool” that is very obviously intended for use by a human:
