Like, in sweden we call it “april weather” but logicaly, how is it possible that 3 days ago it was hot, around 17c but today its -2c and have a chance of snowing.

Huge masses of warm or cold air drift across entire countries. When air masses run into one another, the warm air rises, cools, and loses its moisture to clouds or rain. A warm front (red line) often leads to lingering grey weather and light rain, while cold fronts (blue lines) lead to heavy rain, even thunderstorms, but usually pass quickly. Low pressure areas are often surrounded by fronts, as air masses try to flow into them and start swirling around them.
In spring, even a warm front leads to colder weather on average, because the clouds block the sun.
