How effective is shaking wet hands after washing them to reduce bacteria?

I usually wave my hands to shake it dry but I’m not sure if this is a common thing to do.

Okay so in order of bad.

Those blowers

A towel

Shaking your hands

Paper towel dispenser (depends on location)

You will still get bacteria on them no matter what.
But most arent going to make you sick and often times the good bacteria already present on your skin will murder new bacteria. Washing your hands is mostly for actual dirt, if you wanna kill those use alcohol gel.
