He would recruit really young women offering to fund their education in exchange for “working” for him at his estate – what that really meant was giving him massages and being subservient to his whims, which often included sexual favors he would pressure them into performing. A lot of grooming and abuse was involved as well. Ghislaine Maxwell became his primary co-conspirator and did a lot of the recruiting for him. I think that slowly evolved into his sex island where he’d pass these women around to all his rich and powerful friends.

It implicates lots of rich people because they all associate with each other and they all tend to be sociopathic, power-hungry, pedophilic perverts who enjoy exerting their power over helpless young women.
