How exactly does barometric pressure impact joint paint/arthritis?

Does it cause the tissues to expand, putting pressure on the nerves? Is it only low/falling pressure or is it any fluctuation, rising or falling?

Because of synovial gases basically small bubbles of gas that are usually dissolved in the fluid inside the joints (think like gas in a soda). When pressure drops those bubbles form or expand placing pressure on surrounding tissues making them hurt or ache. It’s not so much of an issue with pressure increases since a smaller or non-existant bubble doesn’t press on nerves.
