: How human can survive temperature higher than 37°C ? I don’t understand how the body can cool down if the external temperature is higher than the internal one.
We sweat. The temperature limit for how far you can cool something with evaporation is the dew point. If the temperature was equal to body temperature, and the relative humidity 100%, then we would be unable to cool ourselves at all. We need it a bit lower than that to survive.
