Poop carries bacteria and parasite that grow in your intestines which causes it to be unsafe and unhygienic. This includes E.coli and salmonella. Therefore when it has had contact with your mouth it can cause harm and a range of symptoms such as fever and vomiting etc. so it’s not safe to eat
