Highways which work 24 hours a day non stop multiple lanes, how is garbage picked up from the middle of it

If you’re talking about the center divider/ shoulder, they do it the same way as the outside shoulder: work crews collect it, usually during times of lighter traffic. If you’re talking about debris in the actual lanes, they’ll run a traffic break in order to allow someone to pick it up.
