For example, you can have a disorder which affects your ability to clot blood called Hemophilia A. The etiology of Hemophilia A is the genetic loss of code that programs for a particular step in body’s ability to clot. The pathophysiology of Hemophilia A describes the clotting cascade, identifies the missing factor, and illustrates the results.
