Most people don’t talk about real shit at all. Let alone with someone who actually listens, is qualified and helps. An hour a week starts to add up quickly.

Therapist here. The healing doesn’t happen in the therapists office, it happens when you apply what you learn the rest of the time. We aren’t magic, you have to use what you learn!
