If water goes from the esophagus to stomach to intestines and out what’s the point of the kidneys I believed water went straight to kidneys and then intestines. And if it goes to stomach first how does our body separate stomach acid from liquids before sending liquids to intestines and bladder ?

Water is absorbed through the intestines. Kidneys filter blood, Eric is mostly water. One of the biggest reasons to drink lots of water is to keep the bowels moving without constipation.
