How smartphone processor are made ?

The same way any other processor is made. There’s a factory where the processor is assembled in a clean room.
The processor is many small switches (called transistors) attached to a silicon board. Modern transistors are extremely small… you could fit hundreds of thousands on just one fingertip. Because of this, most of the assembly is done by specialty machines and tools.
