How well do electric cars do in bumper to bumper traffic like we see in the evacuations in Florida?

I’m not sure it’s much do do with being electic, but when I turn on Adaptive Cruise Control in my Lightning, I sit back and relax as it just follows the car in front of me.
If you mean efficiency, regen braking does a lot of heavy lifting. You’re mainly just using energy for air conditioning.
